Warranty period
Warranty period of products’ operation – 18 months.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees repair or replacement, if the consumer has not violated the rules of operation.
The basis for the repair on a warranty basis is a properly completed, without corrections, the manufacturer’s warranty card, as well as documents confirming the fact of purchase. Requirements for filling out the warranty card: clearly and correctly indicated product model and serial number; specified date of sale; available seal of the store where the purchase was made; buyer’s signature; completely filled cutting roots with the seal of the store; in some cases, at the request of the manufacturer, to confirm the purchase it is necessary to provide a payment document (fiscal or commodity check, invoice). The warranty card must contain the warranty period and must be kept until the end of the period specified in the coupon.
Claims regarding the appearance of the product, as well as non-compliance of the order are accepted only directly upon receipt of the product.
Warranty conditions
Free warranty repairs apply to furniture defects caused by the manufacturer.
Free warranty repair is not available:
- At the end of the warranty period.
- Incorrectly filled in warranty card.
- In case of violation of the rules of operation of furniture specified in the rules of operation, the rules of care for furniture upholstery.
- If the product has traces of unauthorized intervention and repair; repair of products by an unauthorized manufacturer service center.
- A product that is intended for personal or household use has been used in the manufacturing sector or does not correspond to its direct purpose.
- When making changes to the design of products.
- In case of intentional damage, mishandling, damage to pets, damage by high temperature (eg, iron or fire), exceeding the allowable loads on the transformation mechanism.
The warranty does not cover consumables (components that need to be replaced periodically during product operation). The list of such parts and their resource is specified in the user manual for each specific model. Also in other cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine and / or a warranty card for the relevant goods.
Returns
Return of goods within 14 days Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. Within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, you can issue a return of goods under the following conditions:
the product was not in operation;
all seals and labels are saved;
- the integrity of the kit and packaging is not violated;
- saved warranty card and a document confirming payment;
- the product does not belong to the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 №172).
In the case of ordering goods in stock – the refund is 100%. If the goods are made to order – prepayment is non-refundable.
Goods made to individual order are non-refundable. Under the individual order there are goods which are developed under own design or were changes of the standard sizes of a product. In case of return of the goods the client pays transport expenses (delivery, services in skidding and wear of the goods).
